Cashflow 101
If you live in the greater Vancouver, BC, area, and would like to learn how to get out of the 9-5 'rat race' and
create a life of financial freedom, I welcome you to join me for a fun game of Cashflow 101 or 202.
I host a local CashFlow 101 group, the Fraser Valley Wealth Builders (FVWB), where we play CashFlow 101 and Cashflow202, the financial freedom game created by Robert Kiyosaki.
FVWB is a group of individuals committed to deleveloping residual income streams, and obtaining financially independence, through education, knowledge and group collaboration. We are individuals, couples, business owners and entrepreneurs, who all share a desire to obtain financial independence.
These games teaches the skills and methods of becoming financially independant, without the risk. You will learn the steps and strategies to becoming financial independent through game playing. You will also discover ideas, direction, skill and knowledge, allowing you to embrace real life financial strategies with confidence. Learn how to get out of the rat race and onto the fast track where your money works for you instead of you working hard for your money.
FVWB is an approved "Rich Dad Group" and can be located on www.RichDad.com. Our activities, goals, and mission are completely independent of the RichDad organization, and are determined entirely by our members and leadership team.
The Games:
CashFlow 101 - The CashFlow 101 version is a great starting point for beginners to learn a basic understanding of finances,
budgeting, money management and more.
CashFlow 202 - CashFlow 202 is a more advanced version for those who have learned the basic's of of CashFlow 101, or wish to expand their knowledge into a larger financial arena.

Never Played? Learn to play Cashflow!
We prefer that our game players already know how to play CashFlow before joining our game nights. This allows the game to proceed smoothly and without interruption. Of course we don't mind the players talking about strategies and methods during the game, but having to provide playing instruction will delay the game progress.
CashFlow classes are now available for anyone wishing to learn how to play, either to join our game nights, or to learn how to play.
CashFlow classes teach the dynamics of the game, to understand how to play and learn some basic strategies of the game. Each class is roughly 1-3 hours in length, depending on how many players there are, and can be booked around your schedule.
Class Costs:
One person: $35.00 / per class
Two people: $60.00 / per class
Three people: $80.00 per class
Four people: $100.00 per class
Five people: $110.00 per class
Six people: $120.00 per class
For most people, one class is more than enough to be able to join our game nights, however, for some, two classes may be necessary.
The purpose of the class is to learn how to play, not to learn how to win, so one class is usually enough. The strategies for winning the game are learned as you play, which is the whole point to the game.
