Breakthrough Retreat Day

Work with Karen in a one-on-one dedicated atmosphere for an entire day focusing on and creating the breakthrough you've been striving for. Not only will you shift your way of thinking, open up your mind to new possibilities, replace limiting beliefs that are not congruent with your desires, you'll also experience the magic of harnessing your internal vibration while working with the horses. You will never be the same again.

My clients love these powerful, one day, retreats where they are able to fully emerse themselves into shifting every element of their life. We'll custom-design your retreat around your specific needs, outcomes, and desires in mind.

Retreats include one phone session a week prior to the retreat, 1 night hotel accomodation, transfers to and from the airport, a healthy lunch, equipment for the horses, plus one follow-up phone session a week after the retreat.
