Coaching Policy

Confidentiality
You can be confident that our coaching relationship will be held in the strictest of confidence. However, I do maintain the right contact the necessary authorities if I feel you maybe a danger to yourself or others, if abuse is suspected, or is otherwise required by law.

Limits of Service
Coaching is not a substitute for any other professional advise or help you may be receiving, including but not limited to; mental health services, health care, financial advising or legal services. I am not a licensed medical health th professional and am not able to diagnose or treat any condition.

Payment Policy
For phone sessions, payment via PayPal is preferred, though I will accept payment by check or money order. Payment must be received at least 24-48 hours before the session takes place.

For in-person sessions, cash is acceptable and may be paid at the start of the session.

Cancellation Policy
I understand that sometimes, for unforeseen circumstances, it may be necessary to cancel or reschedule a session. In these situations I require a 24-hour notice, perferably in writing, to cancel or reschedule a coaching session. I will extend the same courtesy to you should I find myself in the same situation. The normal session fee will be charged if the appropriate notice is not given. However, if a session is missed or cancelled due to am emergency, the session fee will be waived.

Late Policy
If you are 15 minutes late for your session, I reserve the the right to cancel or reschedule your session. If you are late for the session, the session will only last for as long as your scheduled time, in order for me to be on time for my next client.

In Between Session Support
My coaching services include unlimited email support and brief phone calls (under 10 minutes) between sessions. However, if the phone calls become numerous, I reserve the right to bill you for my time on a pro-rated basis.

My clients have access to my private coaching email address and my private coaching phone number to use to contact me during and between sessions. All other inquires are welcome to contact me. Contact information is located Here

References
As a standard rule, I will not disclose information or names about my clients to be used as reference to potential client. However if for some unforeseen reason I may have to, I will ask your permission and obtain your written consent before releasing your name or any information about you or naming you as a reference.

Testimonials
I welcome testimonials. For my clients confidentiality, any testimonials used on the website will be used with permission. Only the clients first name and last intitial will be used unless otherwise requested by the client.
