Success is a journey, not a destination. The joy and fun we receive is in the pursuit toward our goals, and the achievement of what we desire, rather than the possession itself. It's a continuous journey toward the achievement of predetermined worthwhile goals. As we achieve our goals, we must determine what we would like to pursue next, and we can easily determine what's next by continuing to keep an open mind and by reaching out for the new.

The first principle of success is service to others. We get what we give. Therefore, it should be a pleasure to be able to give to others. The first principle of financial success is financial service to others. There is no difference when you apply success principles to your finances.

In order to become a money magnet, you must include in your plans how you can assist in the financial well being of others. The more you help others achieve their financial desires, the more money you yourself will attract. When your thoughts and plans include financial benefits for everyone, you achieve financial success for yourself.

The law of cause and effect guarantees that whenever you project anything into the Universe, you must receive something in exchange. It is therefore evident that unselfish, optimistic, and constructive thoughts will have a much greater positive effect than pessimistic, destructive, selfish thoughts.

Money is an essential resource in our physical world and generous thought considering the benefits of all involved, is filled with vitality and the law of growth will ensure that this generosity expands, permeating your physical world.

Selfish thought considering benefits only to yourself will contract, collapse and ultimately die.

When you recognize the Omnipotent Power that is abundant in all things, adjust your thought to know that there is plenty for all, and be of service to others, then you will always attract all that is desired.

The wealthiest people in the world did not get that way because of their ability to influence others to lose money or resources. In fact it is quite the opposite. It is because they helped others earn money and the more you are service to others, the more you assist others in acquiring wealth and abundance, the more financial abundance you will attract into your own life.

You must hold the things you desire in consciousness in order to attract all that you desire. When it comes to money, there is no exception. Money consciousness is a state of mind. You must be open to all of the abundance the Universe has to offer, and act with faith, courage and enthusiasm when given the opportunity. This does not mean you act blindly, but when a door is open and it's is clear that it leads to that which you desire, then you walk briskly, yet vigilantly through the door.

Poverty consciousness is usually caused by fear. If we concentrate upon what we fear, we get what we fear.

It is no accident that a small percentage of the population carries the majority of the wealth and power. Unfortunately, most people simply accept past precedent and the ideas of others, instead of tapping into their Power of the creative thought within.

Concentration is directed by your will. You have the conscious power to decide what to think about. If you concentrate on sorrow, discord and loss, since thought is creative, this concentration leads to more sorrow, discord and loss. On the other hand if you concentrate on joy, success and gain, the creative power of thought will lead to more joy, success and gain. This principle can be utilized in the business world, just as easily as with any other desire.

All things that are lasting successes are the result of thought and you have a direct connection with the Infinite Mind. The Infinite Mind has unlimited possibilities and all kinds of awesome ideas which you can put into practical use.

Ultimately, if you take away human nature, what is left is the understanding of an Infinite Presence Power, the perfect example of which is Consciousness...Spirit. It is no surprise that since we are Spirit, we are able to harmonize with the Infinite, so that we can manifest a minor degree of the All Powerful.

You draw upon the Infinite Supply for your ideas, as it is the Spirit that is the soul of consciousness and the source of all ideas. When you realize the true understanding of the Spirit, you will recognize that its laws of manifestation is the most practical thing you can find, and is the fundamental nature of all achievement.

If you can find your direct connection with the Infinite Mind, or the Spirit, and you think big ideas for the purpose of serving others, you will find financial success.

In application, you use the Creative Power of Thought to build an Idealistic Vision of that which you desire to manifest. By giving your attention to thought, you develop concentration. You can fill in the details of your Idealistic Vision, change or improve your Idea from time to time proceeding from the initial idea to the finished detail, and this Power can be applied to anything including financial wealth and business.

By giving attention to your thought in this manor, you develop concentration, and concentration develops Spiritual Power, and Spiritual Power is the strongest influence in existence.

Some may question whether using Spiritual Power to manifest financial success is an acceptable behavior. Understand that if the Infinite objected, then it wouldn't work. Only that which is in harmony with the Infinite expands and materializes.

Therefore, the power of Spirit is quite practical, and is the creative activity behind every beneficial activity. It is Spirit that easily controls and forms matter. There is nothing that provides more practical value than our thought, which is united with the power of Spirit. It is our Spirituality that is the only really and absolutely practical thing there is.

Take some time to sit down and write out what you want. If you are married, use the time to sit with your spouse and create a vision of what you want. Descibe it in detail, the location, the colors, who is with you, what you are wearing, what you are doing - and most importantly, what it will feel like to be living this vision.

Everyday, take some time (even 10 or 15 minutes) to talk about it, dream about it, feel it - build the excitement within you. This begins to open the Universal doorway - you will start to see things around you that resemble your desire. These are not coincidences so use them to build your excitement. Inspired action will follow, you will receive little nudges from the Universe - take a different route home, stop at the store, call someone - whatever it is follow it, even if you don't see how it could relate to your desire.
