Life Coaching - Private Sessions

Many of the coaching programs don't address the resistance of the subconscious mind. My Life Coaching sessions, classes and courses are designed to address this 'missing link' to easily overcome this resistance.

Private coaching offers one-on-one personalised sessions. Private Coaching may be done in person or via the telephone.

The private coaching process addresses specific issues, conditions and transitions in the client's personal life, relationships or business by examining what is going on right now, discovering what your obstacles or challenges might be, and choosing a course of action to make your life be what you want it to be.

Private coaching is personalised to your own unique situation. Together we will access and tap into the resources you need to create your ideal life.

    Your life seems to be missing something or you want to expand your horizons but you can't decide where to start or what to do. Coaching can activate you to a far more fulfilling and passionate life.

    Relationships:

    Let's activate positive change in your relationships with family, friends, lovers, co-workers, spouses, etc. Couples sessions are available.

    Career/Business:

    If you are unsatisfied with your career or business or you simply want to take it to the next level activate the change you need today.

How does it work?

Generally, a 3-6 month time frame is the standard for coaching sessions. Regular consistancy in 'rewiring' your subconcious mind is necessary in order to activate lasting changes in our lives. I suggest my clients stay with me as long as needed to develop new thoughts and habits that start to impact their lives in a positive way.

Coaching is three 1 hour (industry standard is 45 minutes) sessions by phone, or in person, per month. This is supplemented by email coaching at no extra charge, plus the occasional "lazer focus call" (5 - 10 minutes) as required.

What does Private Coaching cost?

Important: While my fees are lower than business or executive class coaching, you receive the same value. My commitment to you is to provide the best quality coaching - executive class coaching PLUS extended sessions - at an affordable rate. An investment in yourself is the best investment you can make.
