People every day who tell me that they have read personal
development books, hired coaches, and even gone to seminars
and events, but their lives have not changed as much as
they know they could have.
Sure, for a few days afterwards, they feel motivated and
excited to get their life on track — but within a few
days the excitement fades and things return to how they were.
I believe this is because people go to these seminars looking
for a magic pill that will transform their life overnight.
And while books, seminars, and life coaches, certainly help
and can help to create change.. they usually are missing an
important piece of the puzzle.
The subconscious mind and the beliefs that are held in the mind.
to have positive permanent change occur in your life.
If you don’t erase the belief that is locked in place and keeping
your life the same day in and day out, then you will find that
no matter how many books you read or seminars you attend, before
you know it “life” gets in the way, you get distracted, and you
are right back where you started.
Is erasing a belief hard?
No, in fact it is actually fairly easy.
